Scrum Master

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experienced in managing and facilitating Scrum teams or projects.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
• Familiar with Agile tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Scrum/Agile certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) are a plus.

Job Overview

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support effective sprint execution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders.
• Identify and help resolve impediments impacting team delivery.
• Monitor sprint progress and support continuous improvement.
• Promote Agile best practices and a collaborative team culture.
