Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform requirement gathering through interviews, workshops, and business process observation with client stakeholders.
• Map existing business processes (as-is) and proposed processes (to-be) in the context of ERP implementation.
• Perform gap analysis between business needs and the capabilities of the ERP system to be built/customized.
• Prepare requirement documents (BRD/FRD), business process flows, and use cases.
• Act as a communication bridge between the business/client team and the technical team (engineering, QA, UI/UX).
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and urgency.
• Write clear user stories along with acceptance criteria (AC) and definition of done (DoD).
• Actively participate in sprint planning, refinement, review, and retrospective.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients/end-users.
• Monitor delivery progress and provide regular updates to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure the developed solutions are aligned with the overall business objectives of the ERP project.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Management, Informatics, or other relevant fields.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager, preferably having been involved in ERP system implementation/development projects.
• Understanding of common ERP modules (Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, or Sales Distribution) and experience with platforms such as SAP, Odoo, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is an added value.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and accustomed to using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, including presentation and priority negotiation skills.
• Accustomed to preparing documentation (BRD, user story, simple wireframe, process flow diagram).
• Able to work in cross-functional teams and dynamic project environments.
• Able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
