Construction Inspector

1. 2 inspectors on construction materials of civil work
2. 1 inspectors on electrical or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)

Work experience: 3+ years

Language Requirements: Indonesian: Required (Proficient) If the candidate can speak Chinese or English, it will be plus

Computer tools:

1. Microsoft Office
2. AutoCad

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure construction safety, project quality, and compliance with applicable regulations.
2. Inspect the quality and quantity of materials delivered on site to ensure conformity with the agreed material list.
3. Verify that materials, formwork supports, and construction methods (e.g., rebar tying) delivered on-site comply with the specifications stated in the drawings.
4. Monitor site safety practices, including proper use of safety belts when working at heights, protection of floor/wall openings, and consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
5. Conduct post-meeting reviews and follow-ups on action items.
6. Complete daily construction progress reports and work safety logs, recording the number of workers on duty, construction progress, and any deficiencies or areas requiring improvement.
7. Track and review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) issued during the week by conducting on-site verification to confirm subcontractors have completed the required corrections.
8. Compile weekly inspection reports and supporting photo documentation, and submit them to the construction company, plant senior management, or the supervising unit in accordance with applicable procedures.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
