About Sleepeasy Sleepeasy is a sleep and lifestyle brand. We help people sleep more soundly through products that are truly useful in daily life, not just gimmicks. Some of our products are imported directly from China, and all must have official distribution permits before being sold.
Why this position exists We are introducing several new imported products. All require BPOM distribution permits, which must be held by a pharmacist. This position will be the person responsible for ensuring our products are legal, safe, and can proceed on time without being held up by regulations.
What you will do
Handle BPOM distribution permit registration for imported products from China, from document preparation to the issuance of the NIE Prepare and review registration documents: CFS, LoA from principal, CoA, material specifications, lab test results, importer legal documents Input and monitor submissions in the BPOM e-registration system, including responding to requests for additional data Review labels, claims, and packaging designs to ensure compliance with regulations before printing Provide recommendations to the team before we import new products: which category it falls into, the registration pathway, estimated time, and costs Assist with operational processes, Storage, Shipping, and packing in accordance with BPOM standards
Mandatory requirements
Pharmacist with an active STRA and willing to process a SIPA for our facility Have real experience in product registration at BPOM, especially for imported products. Please mention how many products and their categories Understand the differences between product categories (health supplements, traditional medicine, cosmetics, PKRT) and their respective registration pathways Familiar with the BPOM e-registration system Able to read technical documents in English Organized regarding documentation and able to follow up independently without being prompted

Have assisted in processing facility permits or importer permits Have worked with suppliers or factories in China Have handled cases of product rejection or requests for additional data
How it works The majority of the work can be done remotely, so you are free to work from anywhere and manage your own hours. We only ask for two things: the registration timeline proceeds according to target, and you can be present at our office or warehouse in Gading Serpong when necessary, such as during BPOM inspections, product sampling, or signing documents. The frequency is not often, but this is part of the APJ responsibility and cannot be delegated.
Measures of success NIE is issued according to the target time, documents are complete from the start, and minimal back-and-forth regarding additional data.
