• Develop and maintain business relationships with private and government stakeholders.
• Manage partnership projects from planning to implementation.
• Develop market expansion and business development strategies.
• Monitor project performance and ensure target achievement.
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, or Project Management.
• Experience in managing agricultural commodity projects, preferably with private or government stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and contract management skills.
• Target-oriented with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Lumajang/Jember. Candidates currently residing in Lumajang/Jember or willing to relocate will be prioritized.
