Buyer E-Commerce Officer

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end purchasing administration, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, and documentation.
• Oversee daily e-commerce operations across multiple platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada), ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and stock availability.
• Coordinate with marketplace partners to optimize product visibility, promotions, and sales performance.
• Monitor and analyze online sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
• Handle affiliate marketing programs, including onboarding affiliates, maintaining relationships, and tracking performance.
• Ensure all e-commerce and purchasing activities are well-documented and aligned with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, warehouse, finance) to support smooth operational flow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, purchasing, or online sales.
• Hands-on experience managing marketplace platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
• Strong understanding of online marketing, sales strategies, and affiliate programs.
• Proficient in handling large volumes of data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
