• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (Industrial and Organizational specialization).
• Conducting employee training and development analysis.
• Understanding the basic concepts of TNA (Training Need Analysis).
• Able to create poster designs and simple video editing.
• Able to speak in public (presentation).
• Managing cooperation with training vendors and external facilitators.
• Having collaboration skills, as well as communicating well and correctly.
• Able to speak English (Verbal / Nonverbal).
• Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, & Power Point).
• Understanding GMP Operation Food Industry.
• Able to understand 6S practices.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
