Community Intern
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or related fields
- Fresh graduate or having 0–1 year of experience in community, communication, social media, or related fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality
- Passionate about beauty, community, and social media, and excited to connect with people and create engaging content.
- Familiar with social media platforms and basic digital content
- Creative, proactive, and able to think out of the box
- Able to solve problems and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with guidance
- Adaptable, organized, and willing to learn
Job Description
- Assist in day-to-day communication and engagement with the Mecapan community
- Become one of the main points of contact for membership inquiries and assist members in accessing their benefits
- Support the member activation & onboarding
- Plan and execute membership activities
- Assist in managing member communication through Instagram & WhatsApp
- Create, draft, and publish engaging content for @mecapanforbusiness
- Monitor community responses, feedback, and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support community events, activations, and other Mecapan for Business initiatives
