Receptionist Intern

Uttara The Icon is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Receptionist Intern to join our team.

This internship is suitable for active university students or high school/vocational students who are looking for an internship or PKL opportunity. You will work alongside our reception team and gain hands-on experience in hospitality, front office, and customer service.

Internship Scope As a Receptionist Intern, you will assist the reception team with:

• Welcoming and greeting tenants and guests upon arrival.
• Receiving, recording, and distributing incoming packages or items.
• Assisting with guest inquiries and complaints under the guidance of the reception team.
• Helping maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Assisting with incoming phone calls, chats, and emails.
• Supporting the reception team with daily front-office activities.

Requirements

• Students from Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Communication, or related fields are preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Friendly, well-presented, and positive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and interested in hospitality and customer service.
• Willing and available to join a 6-month internship/PKL program.
