Mangrove Data Group (MDG) is a growing company focused on high quality data processing and operational support for international clients. This position is recruited through Mangrove Data Group (MDG)-. The selected candidate will be assigned to work under The Richmond House (TRH) as part of our group operations.

Your tasks

About the Role

• We are looking for a -Data Quality Specialist to support our property data verification process.
• In this role, you will work with AI generated property floor plans and compare them with original property scans, photos, and other available information.
• Your main responsibility will be to make sure the information is accurate, complete, and consistent before it is delivered to our international clients.
• You will review and when necessary correct AI generated floor plans.
• No previous experience in property, floor planning, or AI is required. Full training will be provided.

• Quality Assurance: Review and correct AI-generated floor plans against original property scans.
• Technical Verification: Calculate and verify room dimensions, areas, and architectural layouts.
• Compliance & Collaboration: Ensure accuracy against client specifications and coordinate with the team on quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good logical and visual or spatial reasoning.
• Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations.
• Good computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
• Able to follow detailed instructions consistently.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and work with international clients.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are based in Bali and available to join immediately.

Educational Background

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• A background in Mathematics, Engineering, Architecture, or other related fields is preferred but not required.
• Candidates from other educational backgrounds with strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience with floor plans, property, architecture, engineering, CAD, or similar work is an advantage but not mandatory.-

What we offer

OJT & Compensation

• The first 3 months will be an On the Job Training (OJT) period.
• OJT compensation: IDR 3,800,000/month based on hours worked.
• Continued employment and compensation will be determined based on performance and evaluation.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, office-based position.
• Location: Dalung, Bali.
• Monday–Friday, Two available shifts:
• Shift 1: 09:00–18:00 WITA
• Shift 2: 13:00–22:00 WITA
• Company provided computer.
• Full training will be provided.
