Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and creating content for platforms such as Instagram & TikTok.
- Support daily content posting, scheduling, and community engagement (replying to comments & DMs).
- Help brainstorm creative ideas, captions, and content angles aligned with brand goals.
- Monitor basic performance metrics (views, engagement, reach) and report weekly insights.
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
- Familiar with short-form video trends and platform algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of content editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Willing to be placed at Kawasan Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
