Affiliate Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of affiliate marketing programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, creators, and KOLs.
• Monitor affiliate performance based on KPIs (sales, conversions, traffic).
• Manage affiliate links, promo codes, and campaign activations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Social Media, and E-commerce teams for campaign execution.
• Ensure affiliate content complies with brand guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Prepare regular affiliate performance reports.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate, digital, or performance marketing.
• Familiar with affiliate platforms and e-commerce tools.
• Strong understanding of creator and KOL ecosystems (TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and strong communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willing to be placed at Kawasan Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan
