Guest Relations Officer

Requirements:

• Female candidate with relevant experience as Public Relations in F&B/hospitality or Guest Relations Officer (GRO).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and comfortable interacting with guests and partners.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
