Marketing & Community Executive

We’re looking for a Marketing & Community Executive to join our growing team at Nooma Padel Bloc Canggu!

What you’ll do:

• Plan and execute marketing activations & events across our Padel and F&B business.
• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
• Build relationships and collaborate with brands, partners, and communities.
• Develop social media strategic plans, including content direction and engagement initiatives.
• Grow and engage with the padel, lifestyle, and local communities in Bali.
• Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, partnerships, and community events.
• Work closely with internal teams to bring marketing ideas and activations to life.
• Track campaign and activation performance and provide insights for future initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

• Based in Bali, preferably familiar with the Canggu area and its community.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Activation, Community, Social Media, Partnership, or a related field.
• Experience in F&B, sports, lifestyle, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media and current digital trends.
• Great communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative, proactive, and hands-on.
• Experience in a similar role in Bali is a strong plus.
