BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – VILLA MANAGEMENT
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase villa occupancy, revenue, and overall business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, villa agents, travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and other business partners.
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Actively seek potential clients, partners, and distribution channels for villa rentals and property management services.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, partnership offers, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate rates, commissions, contract terms, and partnership arrangements with clients and business partners.
- Manage the business development pipeline, including prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Maintain regular communication with existing partners and identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term collaboration.
- Coordinate with Villa Management, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth implementation of new business partnerships.
- Prepare regular reports regarding leads, partnerships, sales activities, and revenue opportunities.
- Attend networking events, property exhibitions, tourism events, and industry meetings to expand the company’s business network.
- Develop creative packages, promotions, and collaboration opportunities to increase villa bookings and revenue.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling villa services, long-term stays, events, and other related services.
- Handle business inquiries professionally and ensure timely follow-up with potential clients and partners.
- Maintain accurate records of business contacts, leads, agreements, and partnership activities.
- Perform other business development and commercial duties as assigned by management.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar position.
- Experience in the villa, hotel, hospitality, tourism, or property industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Bali hospitality and tourism market.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain business relationships and partnerships.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Confident in approaching and communicating with potential clients and business partners.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build a wide professional network.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with different departments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willing to travel for business meetings, property visits, networking events, and client meetings when required.
- Flexible to work outside regular office hours when required by business activities.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Bali-based candidates with an established network in the hospitality, tourism, or property industry are highly preferred.
