Freelancer (English Teacher )

Job Descriptions :

• Teach students across various age groups, including preschoolers, children, teenagers, and adults, using interactive and student-centered learning methods.
• Deliver General English, Conversation, and (if applicable) Exam Preparation classes.
• The role requires availability to work on a freelance basis from Monday to Sunday, depending on class assignments, for a maximum of 2–4 hours per day.
• The role includes responsibility to act as a substitute teacher to support operational needs.
• Prepare and develop lesson plans aligned with the institution’s syllabus.
• Manage class administration, including attendance records and student progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with students and/or parents regarding learning progress.
• Participate in internal meetings, training programs, and professional development sessions.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum education of D3 or S1 in any major.
• Demonstrates strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, with natural fluency.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Available for placement at all Macca Education branches.
• Willing to participate in training sessions and class observations prior to independent teaching.
• TOEFL or IELTS certification is an advantage.
• Maintains a professional and presentable appearance.
• Willing to sign an employeement contract for minimum 12 months.
