Area Sales Lead Department : Akulaku Business Division : Openpay Entity : Akulaku Finance Indonesia (AFI) Level: L4- Supervisor - Management Career

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the supervision and management of SA team;
2. Responsible for Sales Agent (SA), Merchant Development Officer (MDO) and Trainer recruitment
3. Responsible for the coordination, location, policy implementation, inspection, supervision and implementation of the system in various regions;
4. Investigate and understand the daily orders in partner stores, analyze and summarize, and report abnormal.
5. Training and supervision of SA and training stores of each cooperative store
6. Strategy of targeting high GMV of successful transactions and increasing sales rate of the store;

Requirements:

1. Must have experience minimum 1 year as Area/District Sales Manager in the relevant industry
2. Experience of regional manager in Indonesia is preferred
3. The knowledge structure is more comprehensive, with rich management experience, understanding Sales Agent and have outsourcing company resources, able to quickly grasp various knowledge related to the company's business;
4. Fluent in English is a plus, proficient in using office software Excel, Word, PPT
5. Minimum bachelor’s degree

6.Experience with HomeCredit / Indodana //Kredivo or other Fintech will be preferred.
