About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, legally sharp Legal Drafter specializing in notarial deeds and corporate legal documentation. In this role, you will be the core technical pillar responsible for drafting, reviewing, and standardizing authentic deeds, corporate resolutions, and related legal instruments. You will collaborate directly with our consulting teams and legally robust, and executed seamlessly for our clients.
Deed Drafting & Review: Draft and review authentic notarial deeds (e.g., Akta Pendirian, Akta Perubahan Anggaran Dasar, Akta Jual Beli Saham, Akta Perjanjian) and related corporate minutes (RUPS/Circular Resolution) in compliance with Indonesian corporate laws Legal Administration & Filings: Prepare complete document packages and coordinate administrative legal processes via the AHU Online system and relevant regulatory portals. Document Verification & Risk Mitigation: Perform legal document verification and identify potential contractual or regulatory risks to ensure high legal validity and client protection. Cross-Team Legal Support: Advise internal business development, tax, and accounting specialists on deed feasibility, required clauses, and standard regulatory workflows for client onboarding.
Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university; Master of Notary (M.Kn.) is a distinct advantage. Relevant Experience: Proven experience as a Legal Drafter or Legal Associate, specifically in drafting notarial deeds, corporate establishment documents, and commercial contracts. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian Company Law (UU Perseroan Terbatas), notarial procedures (UU Jabatan Notaris), and corporate licensing frameworks. Meticulous Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in legal language, document structuring, and proofreading to eliminate errors in legal instruments. Language Proficiency: Strong legal drafting skills in Indonesian, with professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written). Work Ethic & Efficiency: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deed drafting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
