L1 Data Centre

The L1 Data Centre Operator is responsible for supporting day-to-day data centre operations, including infrastructure monitoring, initial troubleshooting, on-site operational support, and incident management. The role operates within a 24x7 shift-based environment and works closely with technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain reliable and efficient data centre operations
