People & Culture Manager
WFO – Gading Serpong | Full Time At Laurelton, we don’t just create activewear — we create products and experiences that help people move, feel, and live better. As we grow, we’re looking for a People & Culture Manager who can help us build a strong team and practical people systems. You’ll work closely with the Founder, taking ownership of hiring while helping our people perform and grow.
What You’ll Own
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and continuously build a strong talent pool
- Screen and assess candidates, then provide clear hiring recommendations
- Run performance reviews and employee evaluations
- Support learning and people development
- Strengthen company culture and employee engagement
- Handle employee relations, feedback, and people issues
- Improve HR policies, SOPs, and people systems
- Oversee essential HR administration
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in HR or a people function
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent assessment
- Experience with performance management and employee relations
- Comfortable building HR systems, not just following existing ones
- Sound judgment, clear communication, and strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, independent, and willing to take ownership
- Experience in a startup or growing company is a plus
This role is for someone who wants to build, not just maintain. You’ll work closely with the Founder to strengthen Laurelton’s talent, performance, and culture as the company grows.
