Project Officer - Night shift

This position is part of our Customer Service team, with a primary focus on project operations, quality checking, and mystery shopper coordination. While the position is under our Customer Service function, this is not a typical call center role. Your responsibilities will focus on quality checking survey data and reports, coordinating and assigning mystery shoppers, recruiting additional resources when needed, and communicating with shoppers and auditors through phone and email. Job Description:

1. Follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely project execution.
2. Review reports and surveys for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project guidelines.
3. Coordinate shopper/auditor assignments and recruit additional resources when needed.
4. Contact and negotiate with shoppers/auditors to secure project assignments.

Qualifications:

• English proficiency at CEFR B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above, with the ability to communicate confidently with native speakers.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident communicating with people through phone and email.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive and willing to follow up until tasks are completed.
• Able to learn new processes and systems quickly.
• Professional, reliable, and accountable.
• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in any field.
• Willing to work the night shift.
• Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta.

Point Plus If You Have:

• Experience in Customer Service, Project Coordination, or similar roles.
• Experience working with international clients or multicultural teams.
