We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate Kola Bloc's brand positioning and communication into a consistent visual identity across every customer touchpoint — from social media, digital advertising, and landing pages to building signage, printed materials, merchandise, and sponsor placements. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Marcomm Lead on creative direction, while collaborating with the Content Creator, Digital Performance Specialist, Commercial Partnership Specialist, and Operations team to deliver both day-to-day creative assets and larger brand projects.
Key Responsibilities

- Translate brand positioning, campaign concepts, and marketing messages into clear and engaging visual communication.
- Design visual assets for Instagram, TikTok, digital advertising, landing pages, websites, marketplaces, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Create campaign materials for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads based on campaign objectives and creative briefs.
- Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing in collaboration with the Digital Performance Specialist.
- Review advertising performance insights and adapt visual creatives based on actual campaign data and customer response.
- Design offline and printed materials, including signage, wayfinding, banners, posters, promotional materials, merchandise, event materials, and other venue branding.
- Develop sponsor branding and media placement visuals in collaboration with the Commercial Partnership Specialist.
- Prepare visual mock-ups showing how partner or sponsor branding will appear across Kola Bloc's available media placements.
- Design professional corporate decks, sales presentations, sponsorship proposals, partnership decks, and other commercial materials.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure technical specifications such as dimensions, resolution, CMYK, bleed, and finishing requirements are correct.
- Coordinate with printing and production vendors to ensure final output meets the approved design, color, size, material, and production specifications.
- Create reusable Canva templates and design systems that allow relevant team members to produce simple day-to-day materials while maintaining brand consistency.
- Organize and maintain Kola Bloc's design asset library, including master files, templates, logos, fonts, campaign assets, photographs, and final artwork.
- Ensure visual consistency across digital channels, physical spaces, events, commercial partnerships, and customer-facing materials.
