Mandarin Translator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Mandarin Office Translator to join our growing team. If you are passionate about languages, communication, and working in a dynamic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities :

• Translate documents, emails, and internal communications between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia (if needed)
• Provide verbal interpretation support during meetings and daily operations
• Assist cross-functional teams in communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Support administrative and office coordination tasks
• Ensure translation accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery

Requirements :

• Active Mandarin communication skills (spoken and written)
• Active English communication skills
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiar with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Willing to be placed on Sleman City Hall ( Yogyakarta Site )
