Training & Development Supervisor

Job Description

• Assessing the training and development needs of the organisation and designing tailored programs to address skill gaps
• Developing engaging and impactful training content, both in-person and online, to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of our workforce
• Delivering training sessions and facilitating workshops to promote learning and development across the company
• Collaborating with department heads to align training initiatives with strategic business objectives
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven improvements to ensure maximum impact
• Mentoring and coaching employees to support their professional growth and career advancement
• Maintaining accurate records of training activities and generating reports to track progress and ROI

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably within the human resources or recruitment industry
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify training needs and measure the impact of programs
• Proficiency in designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Familiarity with learning management systems and other training technologies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
