Business Development & Sales Officer
We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Officer in Jakarta to join Birufinery and help us innovate in the sustainable green and blue economy. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue business opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process
- Maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct visits, demos, and trials
- Support sales proposals and reporting
- Collaborate on marketing and customer feedback
- Monitor market and competitor trends
- Ensure accurate sales data and reporting
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions
Qualifications
- D3/S1 in Fisheries, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Biology
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (cheerful personality with professionalism)
- Willing to travel regularly for customer visits and field activities
- Good verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus)
