About the company

We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Officer in Jakarta to join Birufinery and help us innovate in the sustainable green and blue economy.

Your tasks

• Identify and pursue business opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end sales process
• Maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct visits, demos, and trials
• Support sales proposals and reporting
• Collaborate on marketing and customer feedback
• Monitor market and competitor trends
• Ensure accurate sales data and reporting
• Represent the company at events and exhibitions

Requirements

• D3/S1 in Fisheries, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Biology
• 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (cheerful personality with professionalism)
• Willing to travel regularly for customer visits and field activities
• Good verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus)
