Production Supervisor – Part-time

We are looking for an experienced, organized, proactive, and reliable Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our daily production activities and ensure that all production processes are completed smoothly, efficiently, and according to the required quality standards.

This is a part-time position that will work closely with the management team, production team, and suppliers. The main focus will be coordinating production schedules, monitoring production progress, maintaining quality standards, managing supplier coordination, and ensuring that all production deadlines are met.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and schedules.
• Ensure production tasks are completed according to agreed timelines and priorities.
• Coordinate effectively with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Monitor production progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding materials, production requirements, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor the quality of products and ensure they meet the required company standards.
• Identify and address production issues, delays, or quality concerns promptly.
• Ensure production deadlines and priorities are clearly communicated and followed.
• Organize and maintain production schedules, timelines, and related information.
• Follow up with suppliers and production team members to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
• Communicate important production updates, issues, and changes clearly to management.
• Help identify potential operational risks and take appropriate action to prevent delays or production issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to production activities, suppliers, and schedules.
• Coordinate between management, suppliers, and the production team to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Take initiative and make appropriate operational decisions when required.
• Maintain a professional, organized, reliable, and respectful working environment.
• Support management in improving production processes, organization, and overall efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production supervision, production management, or a similar role.
• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Production Manager, Production Coordinator, or similar leadership role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and guide production teams.
• Experience coordinating production schedules, suppliers, quality control, and deadlines.
• Able to manage multiple production priorities and follow up on tasks effectively.
• Professional, reliable, proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Able to identify production issues and find practical solutions in a timely manner.
• Clear and consistent communication with management, suppliers, and the production team.
• Able to work independently and take initiative when required.
• Comfortable working in a part-time capacity with reliable availability.
• Male candidate.
• Preferably based in Denpasar, Jimbaran, Kuta, or Ungasan.
• Available to coordinate and communicate with management and the production team according to production requirements.
