Pre-Sales Engineer / Solution Architect (Google Cloud – AI Focus) Contract: 3-6 months (possible to extend) Working-scheme: hybrid English is a must
Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior System Analyst / Pre-Sales (Google Cloud) with strong experience in the IT industry and exposure to enterprise clients. This role focuses on supporting pre-sales activities, understanding client requirements, and proposing Google Cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with the Sales and Engineering team to deliver practical and scalable solutions. This role will primarily handle overseas clients, therefore strong English communication skills (spoken & written) are essential for daily interactions, presentations, and discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support requirement gathering sessions with enterprise clients (local & overseas)
- Translate business needs into Google Cloud solution proposals
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proposals (in English)
- Work with Sales team during pre-sales cycle (solutioning & clarification)
- Create basic architecture design, SOW, and cost estimation
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and discussions (English required)
- Collaborate with engineering/delivery team for solution alignment
- Stay updated with Google Cloud services (Compute, Data, AI/ML), including:
- Google Cloud Platform
○ BigQuery ○ Vertex AI
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years experience in IT industry (System Analyst / Pre-Sales / Technical Consultant)
- Experience interacting with enterprise clients (B2B)
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Google Cloud Platform
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) — mandatory (used for daily communication with overseas clients)
- Experience in client-facing roles (meeting, presentation, discussion)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Exposure to:
○ Vertex AI ○ AI / chatbot / automation / analytics use cases
- Experience in:
○ System Integrator / Managed Services company
- Understanding of:
○ Cloud migration / data solutions
- Google Cloud certification (plus point)
Position Level Note (Important)
- This role is positioned as Senior (Hands-on / Mid-Senior level)
- Not expected to be a full Solution Architect / Lead Architect
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in Google Cloud & Pre-Sales is key
