About the Role PT. Kahatex is looking for a Technical & Operational Internal Auditor to conduct internal audits across production and operational departments. This position is focused on operational and technical audits, not financial audits. The role requires direct involvement on the production floor to review processes, machine conditions, efficiency, maintenance, SOP compliance, and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits across production and operational departments.
• Inspect production processes, machine conditions, workflow, manpower, and working methods.
• Identify inefficiencies, abnormalities, bottlenecks, technical issues, and operational risks.
• Review machine downtime, maintenance activities, defects, and recurring production problems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Check compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and production standards.
• Prepare audit findings and follow up on improvement actions
• Coordinate with operators, supervisors, maintenance teams, engineers, and department heads.

Qualifications

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Textile Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Manufacturing, production, maintenance, engineering, quality, or audit experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of production machinery and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Active, detail-oriented, independent, and comfortable working directly on the production floor.
• Familiar with Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, OEE, or preventive maintenance is an advantage.
• Textile manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Willing to work full-time and WFO in Rancaekek.
