The company specializes in the design, trading, and installation of premium kitchen appliances and smart home solutions, including imported appliances, cabinetry, smart home systems, and whole-house water purification systems. With nearly 40 years of group-level industry experience, the group serves the engineering, hospitality, luxury residential, and retail sectors. It has established partnerships with major Chinese property developers, including Vanke, China Overseas Land & Investment, and Longfor Properties. The company has entered into a strategic B2B cooperation agreement with a leading Chinese kitchen appliance brand and serves as its exclusive agent for real estate-related business in Indonesia. It is recruiting two employees to support local business development, project sourcing, market research, and project coordination.
Your tasks
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business contacts with property developers, engineering companies, design firms, cabinetry companies, brand distributors, installation and after-sales service providers, logistics companies, and other relevant organizations, according to company assignments.
- Establish business relationships and arrange meetings through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits.
- Participate in collecting and verifying information related to property developments, engineering projects, and supply chains, including on-site verification.
- Collect, organize, and maintain project information, contact details, quotations, product information, site photographs, and other relevant documentation.
- Follow up on project progress and coordinate supply chain arrangements, installation, project delivery, and after-sales services.
- Provide daily updates and periodic reports in accordance with company requirements.
- Participate in building the company's local Indonesian team and support long-term project management activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Able to use Mandarin Chinese as a working language, Fluent in Indonesian and Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Holds a valid driver's license and is able to drive independently.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, PowerPoint, Google Drive, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and email.
- Willing and able to travel frequently for site visits, client meetings, and cold outreach to new contacts.
- Able to independently handle tasks even when instructions or requirements are not fully defined.
- Preferred age: 25–35 years old.
