Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in finance and accounting—specifically within the e-commerce industry—including at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior management role (e.g., Finance Manager or Group Finance Manager).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK), Indonesian tax regulations, and complex financial statement consolidation processes.
• Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English for business purposes.
• Character: Meticulous, responsible, capable of working under pressure, a strong team player, and an effective problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Complete the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK).
• Prepare internal consolidated financial statements and manage intercompany transaction eliminations to ensure an accurate representation of the group's financial position.
• Develop project reporting systems to compare project costs and analyze variances between budgeted and actual figures.
• Prepare all tax reports and filings in compliance with applicable tax regulations to minimize non-compliance risks.
• Manage and optimize corporate cash flow while ensuring sufficient liquidity to support daily business operations.
