Event & MICE Sales

Responsibilities:

• Develop and acquire new corporate clients.
• Promote and sell incentive/corporate travel packages.
• Prepare proposals and present travel solutions to clients.
• Follow up leads, negotiate, and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 degree, any major.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Travel, MICE, Events, or Hospitality.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Good English skills are a plus.
