Warehouse & Logistic Manager
About the Role We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations, logistics management, and export-import activities. You will be responsible for optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory accuracy, logistics costs, and supply chain efficiency while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop warehouse network strategies, including capacity planning, layout design, budgeting, and operational models.
- Lead warehouse setup, relocation, and closure, including resource planning, system implementation, and team training.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, inbound/outbound processes, and stock accuracy.
- Manage end-to-end logistics, including transportation, shipping schedules, and export-import documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, bonded zone requirements, SOPs, and operational KPIs.
- Manage 3PL providers and freight forwarders, including performance evaluations and service improvements.
- Lead the warehouse and logistics team, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, export-import procedures, and Incoterms.
- Experience in warehouse planning, layout design, capacity optimization, and warehouse management systems.
- Familiarity with customs procedures and bonded zone regulations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
