QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in any fleld.
• 1-3 years of sales experience; B2B/industrial experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target- and result-oriented.
• Capable of prospecting and developing new customers while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Proficient in preparing quotations, conducting follow-ups, and generating sales reports.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and able to travel for business when required.
• Professional appearance: disciplined, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Self motivated

ADDED VALUE:

Experience in solar panels/renewable energy, electrical systems, engineering, or industrial equipment.
