Process and Equipment Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)
Your tasks
- 负责工艺文件编制、修订、发放、归档，包含工艺卡、作业指导书、工艺参数表，保证现场使用版本为有效受控版本。
Responsible for the preparation, revision, distribution and archiving of process documentation, including process sheets, work instructions and process parameter tables, to ensure that the versions in use on site are valid and under control.
- 开展生产过程工艺管控，监督产线严格按照工艺参数、作业指导书作业，及时纠正违规操作。
Carry out process control during production, supervising production lines to ensure strict adherence to process parameters and work instructions, and promptly correcting non-compliant operations.
- 开展过程质量问题工艺分析，定位工艺原因，制定改善对策并落地验证。
Conduct process analysis of in-process quality issues, identify process-related causes, formulate improvement measures and implement and validate them.
- 持续做工艺优化改善，优化作业工序、工艺参数，提升良率、降低作业难度。
Continuously optimize and improve processes by refining work procedures and process parameters to enhance yield rates and reduce operational complexity.
- 设备全生命周期管理，包含设备选型、采购对接、安装调试、验收移交生产。
Manage the full life cycle of equipment, including equipment selection, procurement coordination, installation and commissioning, and acceptance and handover to production.
- 制定设备保养计划，落实设备日常维护保养，监督维修班组执行，降低设备故障停机。
Develop equipment maintenance plans, implement routine maintenance, and supervise the maintenance team’s execution to minimize equipment failures and downtime.
- 设备备件管理：梳理备件清单，提报备件需求，管控备件库存，保障维修备件供给。
Spare parts management: collate spare parts lists, submit spare parts requirements, control spare parts inventory, and ensure the supply of spare parts for repairs.
- 负责技术技改、设备改造项目，根据生产需求完成产线改造、设备升级。
Oversee technical upgrades and equipment modification projects, completing production line modifications and equipment upgrades in accordance with production requirements.
- 公用工程运行管理，统计水电气能耗数据，推进节能改善项目。
Manage the operation of utility systems, compile statistics on water, electricity and gas consumption, and drive energy-saving improvement projects.
- 特种设备管理，建立特种设备台账，落实校验、年检、安全管理，满足当地法规要求。
Manage special equipment, maintain a register of special equipment, and ensure compliance with calibration, annual inspection and safety management requirements to meet local regulatory standards.
Requirements
- 学历：本科及以上，机械、机电、工艺相关专业；
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Engineering or related disciplines;
- 经验：制造工厂工艺或设备维护经验；
Experience: Experience in process or equipment maintenance within a manufacturing plant;
- 能力：看得懂机械图纸，熟悉设备维修、工艺文件编制；
Skills: Ability to read mechanical drawings; familiarity with equipment maintenance and the preparation of process documentation;
- 语言：印尼语流利，具备中文、英语口语能力优先。
Languages: Fluent in Indonesian; spoken Chinese and English are an advantage.
