Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in any field.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, quick-thinking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in Majalaya-Bandung

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
• Prepare quotation comparisons, purchasing data, and related documents.
• Process Purchase Orders (PO), purchasing contracts, and payment documents.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and ensure on-time arrival of goods.
• Assist the Purchasing Manager/Supervisor in supplier development and other procurement activities.
