Your tasks

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and coordinate participants for AI data collection projects.
• Conduct participant onboarding, project briefings, and follow-ups to maintain data quality and completion rates.
• Manage project budgets and process participant commissions based on performance.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation, including participant records, submissions, payment proofs, and reports.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Experience in community management, recruitment, project coordination, or operations.
• Comfortable managing budgets and maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple participants simultaneously.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Docs; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Organized, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Based in Jakarta or willing to travel to Jakarta when required.
