Sales Assistant

We are an Australian activewear brand expanding into Indonesia, with our first store located in Bali. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team and help deliver an excellent in-store experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist with product displays, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
• Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle product exchanges and customer inquiries professionally.
• Support daily store opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with stock take and other store operational tasks when required.
• Represent the Keep That Pump brand in a professional and positive manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
• Customer-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to the store schedule.
• Passionate about fashion, fitness, activewear, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
