Sales Engineer

Responsible to achieve annual revenue of Sales Budget/Sales Target.

Work closely with existing and new prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales.

Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in existing and new prospective customers.

Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required.

Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendation to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.

Making technical presentation and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs, in laboratory and plant trial.

Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions

Offering and do an after-sales support services

Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.

S1 degree in Mechanica l Engineering/ Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.0.

Language(s) requirement: Bahasa Indonesia, English

Fresh Graduate 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Have a good in communication, selling & technical skill.

Computer Literate.

Able to analyze the problem and solve the problem.

Have an orientation to achieve sales target.

Responsible and good attitude.

High self Motivation.
