Content Creator
About JClub Padel JClub Padel is a sports & lifestyle destination in South Jakarta that brings together padel, fitness, recovery, and lifestyle experiences within one integrated venue. We are looking for a Content Creator (Videographer & Photographer) with strong visual skills and creative storytelling abilities to manage the content production process end-to-end, from planning and shooting to editing, copywriting, and publishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and produce content for JClub Padel, covering padel courts, coaching, classes, matches, tournaments, mini gym, physiotherapy, sport massage, sauna, ice bath, and warm pool.
- Produce high-quality video and photography for social media, campaigns, events, and brand documentation.
- Develop different visual angles and storytelling approaches to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Ensure every piece of content has a strong hook within the first 3 seconds and encourages specific interactions such as comments, saves, and shares.
- Handle video editing and finishing until the content is ready for publication.
- Write captions, hashtags, and CTAs for JClub Padel content.
- Upload and schedule content on the official JClub Padel social media accounts.
- Provide visual production support for JClub Ecosystem as One Roof Solution: Kopijalu cafe and JGlam beauty studio based on briefs from each brand's Social Media Officer.
- Direct members, guests, and talents professionally during shoots, including English-speaking talents when required.
- Plan shooting schedules around court bookings, coaching sessions, events, tournaments, and facility activities.
- Organize and maintain raw footage, editing projects, and final digital assets systematically.
- Maintain the company's production equipment, including professional mirrorless cameras, Insta360 X5, FPV drone, smartphone, and editing laptop.
- Ensure content production does not disrupt members' experience, gameplay, or ongoing services.
- Ensure health, injury, training, recovery, and treatment-related content follows applicable approval and information accuracy requirements.
Production Targets
- Minimum 3 Instagram content pieces (Reels or Feed) per week for JClub Padel.
- Minimum 3 TikTok content pieces per week, with different creative approaches.
- Minimum 3 ready-to-publish visual assets per week for each of Kopijalu and JGlam.
- Deliver all content in publication-ready condition within the agreed daily and weekly deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Photographer, or in a similar role.
- Strong skills in videography, photography, video editing, and visual storytelling.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and social media content formats.
- Ability to create content with strong hooks, engaging storytelling, and compelling visuals.
- Proficient in video and photo editing software.
- Basic copywriting skills for captions, hashtags, and CTAs.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with Marketing, Digital, Video/photo production team and Social Media officer.
- Creative, detail-oriented, responsive to briefs, and able to work with deadlines.
- Comfortable creating content in sports, fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and event environments.
- Experience directing talents or members during shoots is a plus.
- English communication skills are a plus.
- Willing to work onsite at Cilandak, South Jakarta (3min. walks from Haji Nawi MRT Station).
- Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends when required for events or tournaments.
