ULIVO Ristorante Italiano is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to strengthen our brand presence, develop business opportunities, and build strategic partnerships.
We are looking for someone who combines creativity, digital marketing expertise, and strong sales skills to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing activities, social media content, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
- B2B Sales: Identify and approach potential corporate clients for business lunches, corporate dinners, private events, and other business opportunities.
- Business Development & Partnership: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, hotels, and potential business partners.
- Marketing Planning: Develop monthly marketing calendars, promotional strategies, seasonal campaigns, and event marketing plans.
- Creative Design: Create or coordinate promotional materials, digital content, flyers, posters, and other marketing assets as needed.
- Sales & Reporting: Follow up on leads, prepare partnership proposals, monitor campaign performance, and report marketing and sales results.
Qualifications
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, hospitality, F&B, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in meeting clients, conducting sales visits, and developing business relationships.
- Familiar with social media platforms, digital marketing, and content planning.
- Able to use Canva or other basic graphic design tools.
- Creative, well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Target-oriented with a strong interest in sales and business growth.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
