• Able to cook both Indonesia and International Cuisine
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in cooking
• Knowledgeable of food safety protocols
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible time to work
• Responsible and reliable person
• Easy to learn new recipes
• Experience with vegetarian cuisine will be a plus
