Drafting Original Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Service Agreements, MOUs, Policy Contracts, as per existing legislation, etc.
Handle mandatory report to Bank Indonesia as Penyelenggara Jasa Sistem Pembayaran.
Advising business teams regarding legal risks mitigation and appropriate contractual protections.
Giving compliance opinion on product, policy, guidance, SOP and other activities on its compliance to the regulation of APU and PPT.
Ensuring proper verification of execution of merchants/client documents & security documents.
Ability to provide proper legal assistance to cross functional teams.
Actively work with a wide range of colleagues to support broad range of needs and give business friendly solutions while balancing compliance with multiple regulatory.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

A minimum formal education of bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law;
At least 1- 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
Relevant experience and knowledge in Digital Payment, Banking, Financial institution. Specific in Payment Gateway is an advantage;
Has experience of AML and KYC;
Excellent written & verbal communication in English;
Effective communication abilities;
Financial and Goverment regulatory experience is an advantage.
