Export Import Staff

Your tasks

As an EXIM (Export & Import) Staff, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Prepare and process export-import documents in compliance with customs regulations.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth shipment operations.
3. Monitor shipments, resolve logistics or documentation issues, and maintain proper administrative records.
4. Manage the administration of the bonded zone facility, including recording of incoming and outgoing goods, IT inventory management, and periodic reporting to the Customs Office (Bea Cukai).

Requirements

We are currently looking for an EXIM (Export & Import) Staff to join our team at PT. Inwa Bags Group with the following requirements:

1. Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in export-import, preferably in a bonded zone environment.
3. Strong understanding of export-import procedures, bonded zones, and customs regulations.
4. Proficient in handling export-import documentation and customs clearance processes.
5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is a plus.
