Bartender

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a lively yet professional bar atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Mix and garnish cocktails according to standard recipes or customer preferences
• Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check identification to ensure legal drinking age requirements are met
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a bar/restaurant environment preferred
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bartending certification is a plus (not always required)
