💼 Job Responsibilities

• Send reminders for the completion of audit, assurance, and Management Response Action (MRA) activities.
• Monitor and track the validity of company policies, standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain and update monitoring databases related to audits, assurance activities, MRAs, policies, standards, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support audit data collection and documentation.
• Prepare and compile routine reports, including TRR Weekly, Monthly Reports, KORI, and PJSP.
• Ensure all governance documentation and monitoring activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide administrative support for IT Governance, Risk, and Assurance initiatives.

📌 Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong administrative, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
