Your tasks

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Monitor insurance claims for all products through vendor/insurance broker portals.
• Track broker SLA, review claim rejection reasons, and follow up on pending or overdue claims.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers regarding pending claims and SLA fulfillment.
• Conduct monthly reconciliation with insurance partners by matching transactions and investigating discrepancies.
• Handle payment-related issues for J&T couriers, including bank transfers, Virtual Account (VA) payments, refunds, and ticket escalations.
• Prepare regular operational and claims reports while ensuring data accuracy.
• Perform routine operational tasks and ensure daily processes run smoothly and according to procedures.
• Manage multiple operational tasks while meeting established SLAs.

Requirements

📌 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience, preferably in Operations or related roles.
• Experience or knowledge in the insurance industry is not mandatory.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as the user is a native English speaker and the recruitment process includes 2 interview stages.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and data processing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to ensure data and report accuracy.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously and work according to SLA.
• Experience in reconciliation, payment operations, claims, or issue resolution is a strong advantage.
