💼 Job Responsibilities

• Support daily legal operations, transactional workflows, and regulatory research across various banking business lines.
• Conduct legal research on banking regulations, financial laws, corporate governance, and case law updates.
• Prepare legal memoranda and summaries to support senior counsel.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading basic commercial agreements, loan documentation, vendor contracts, and corporate records.
• Support legal files related to credit facilities, account collateral, debt recovery, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and organize digital legal document management systems and update contract logs.
• Assist with internal compliance reporting and other legal administrative activities.

📌 Qualifications

• students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of financial or banking regulations.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn.
