💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update participant data and adjust investment packages based on the latest information and applicable policies.
- Administer new participant registration, membership transfers, and contribution uploads while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Process pension benefit claims and partial contribution withdrawals according to customer requests and applicable regulations.
- Prepare payment instruction documents for benefit disbursements or fund withdrawals, including GER creation.
- Coordinate with the Payment & Tax team regarding benefit and fund withdrawal processes.
📌 QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum D3, preferably S1 in Administration or other relevant majors.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in DPLK Administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and willing to take an Excel test.
- Willing to work on an initial 6-month project; extension is subject to project completion and business needs.
- Available to join as soon as possible.
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to manage administrative processes effectively.
