Finance Officer

ISolutions Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive professional to join our team as a Finance Officer, responsible for managing daily financial transactions, accounting administration, reporting, and supporting the company’s financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields
• Minimum SMK graduate; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is an advantage
• Understanding of basic accounting, AP, AR, invoicing, and taxation
• Familiar with financial reporting and reconciliation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting software such as Zahir is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and responsible
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial transactions and accounting administration
• Handle Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), and customer billing
• Process payments and maintain financial documentation
• Prepare financial and management reports
• Perform financial reconciliation and transaction verification
• Support budgeting and cash flow monitoring
• Assist with payroll and tax administration
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
